THE ECOSYSTEM.

Every element on our table has purpose.

Every table needs a foundation.

For me, it looks like a small, steady casita in Arroyo Seco, New Mexico. Modest. Unassuming. Built to withstand. The kind of place where everything begins, where ideas take shape, and where you learn how to build something that lasts.

That’s the spirit behind this ecosystem.

What you see here is not a single initiative. It is a living network of work, relationships, and resources that have been cultivated over time. Each piece connected. Each one carrying its own weight. All of it rooted in the same intention: to create space where truth can be spoken, ideas can grow, and community can do what it has always done, take care of its own.

Flip The Table For Good Trouble does not stand alone. It is supported by everything that came before it and everything being built alongside it.

This is the foundation.
This is what holds the table.

DANIELS FAMILY INCUBATOR The Root.

This is where ideas are born and built. A family-led innovation space where equity is the common denominator across every project. The flagship right now is Step Into My Shoes (SIMS) — a VR experience seeded in 2017 and now moving toward launch as an immersive DEI application. Every venture that lives here was built to matter beyond the bottom line.

FLIP THE TABLE 4 EQUITY The Foundation.

This is where the fire started. Born from 25+ years of navigating systems not built for Black women, FTT4E began as disruption and grew into something more disciplined: a movement with a clear ideological foundation. Everything else stands on this ground.

WE ARE THE ONES | WATO 2025 The Action.

Truth without action is just conversation. WATO is where the work gets real. Mutual aid, emergency support, healing, and empowerment for Black and Brown women in crisis. Structurally intentional. Deeply personal. This is the community showing up for itself.
